Whereas the aforesaid Appellant hath preferred the Revision Case u/s 397 and 401 of
Cr.P.C. to revise the Judgment of the Court of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhaptnam, passed in S.C. No. 70 of 1992, dated: 28-031994
Whereas this Court while admitting the Case in view of miscarriage of justice occurred directed the Registry to issue Warrant under Section 390 Cr.
P.C to the respondents-Accused for their arrest and production before the Munsif Magistrate, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District.

On Such production the learned Munsif Magistrate, Narsipatnam is further directed that the said Accused/Respondents shall be released on bail on condition of furnishing two sureties each for Rs. 5,000/- and with likesum each by them to the satisfaction of the Munsif Magistrate, Narsipatnam, and on condition that they shall appear before this Court on the next date of hearing.
You are also further directed to return this Warrant as early as possible to this court with a detailed report stating the manner in which it has been executed or if not executed the reasons why it has not been executed.
Herein fail not.
