Petition under Section 482 of Crl.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated therewith, the High Court will be pleased to call for the records relating to the Proceedings in S.T.C.No.254 of 2001 on the file of the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and quash the said proceedings.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the memo of grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 4-92001, 21-9-2001, 1-11-2001 and 11-10-2001, made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B. Adinarayana Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.2.
