Learned counsel for the parties submit that the dispute between the parties have been settled outside the Tribunal. One of the settlements is that the petitioner will pay a sum of Rs.36,000/- only per month exclusive of taxes for bouquet-1 and bouquet-2. We record this statement and dispose of this petition as having become infructuous.
