Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been a settlement out of the Tribunal between the petitioner and first and second respondents. Hence he seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
Learned counsel for the third respondent submits that there is no such settlement between the petitioner and the third respondent. This, in our opinion, will not prevent the petitioner from withdrawing the petition.
Recording the statements of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the third respondent, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, all the Miscellaneous Applications also stand disposed of.
