Learned counsel for the cross objector submits that since the present appeal is arising out of suit for fixation of standard rent and the said suit was decreed in favour of the corss objectors during pendency of the present appeal, the parties to the lis has settled their dispute outside the Court and the cross objector have also received the standard rent in terms of the impugned judgment and decree passed by the learned Court below.

Heard and considered the submissions of learned counsel for the cross objectors.

Since the parties have settled the dispute out of the Court and the cross objectors have already received the amount of standard rent so fixed by the learned Court below and in view of the compromise so arrived at, the cross objectors are also not pressing their cross objections.

In that view of the matter, no further proceedings is required to be undertaken in the present cross objection.

¶46

Accordingly, while maintaining the impugned judgment and decree, the present cross objection stands disposed of in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

All pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
