This writ petition has been filed by the review petitioner (for short ‘the petitioner’) seeking review of the order dated 14.07.2026 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9861/2020.

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner submits that the amount of cost imposed by this Court is heavy and the same may be modified to some reasonable amount. Learned counsel also submits that he has already complied with the order dated 27.05.2026 passed in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 656/2026.

Heard and considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The Court, while imposing the cost of Rs. 6,00,000/-, considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case and also the conduct of the petitioner

The scope of the Review is very limited, i.e. to correct the error apparent on the record or some arithmetical or typographical error.

In view of the submissions made by learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner, it does not disclose any error apparent on the record and, therefore, this Court finds no ground to review the order dated 14.07.2026.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.

All pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
