In view of the fact that prior to filing this review petition, the review petitioner had approached the Division Bench and on granting of liberty by the Division Bench, the present review petition has been filed, this Court deems it just to condone the delay that occurred in filing the review petition.

This review petition has been filed seeking review and recall of order dated 20.07.2018 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B.CWP No. 15064/2018 (Suman Bajiya and

Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.).

Bare perusal of order dated 20.07.2018 would make it clear that the writ petition was decided by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the light of another judgment dated 29.08.2016 passed in S.B. CWP No. 8270/2015 (Bhagirath Mal Yadav & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) . Relevant part of the order passed in the case of Bhagirathmal Yadav (supra) has also been quoted in order dated 20.07.2018. This Court finds that even the decision dated 17.04.2008 taken by the Government itself has been reproduced in the order. On a specific query, it was admitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that Rules which govern the recruitment in the present case as well as in the case of Bhagirath Mal Yadav & Ors. are the same. Even the post under consideration was same and the qualifications prescribed under the Rules were same.

Under these circumstances, this Court finds that no error apparent whatsoever has been committed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court while passing order dated 20.07.2018 and there is no scope for review or recall of the abovementioned

order. Hence the review petition filed by the petitioner is hereby,
