The present restoration application has been filed by the petitioners for seeking recalling of peremptory order dated 29.08.2024 as well as consequential order dated 11.11.2024

recorded by learned Registrar (Judicial) for formally dismissing the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of bonafide inadvertence, PF and notices, as directed by the Coordinate Bench in the writ petition, could not be filed and on account of non-compliance of peremptory order dated 29.08.2024, the writ petition was dismissed on 11.11.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that reasons for not filing the requisites are totally bonafide and petitioners undertakes to make compliance of peremptory order dated 29.08.2024 within a period of 15 days from today. It is also submitted that petitioners are keen to pursue the writ petition on merits.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Orders dated 29.08.2024 & 11.11.2024, are hereby, recalled.

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4695/20222 is restored to its original number subject to filing the PF and notices in the main writ petition within a period of 15 days.
