The present appeal arises from an order which already stands examined by this Court in bunch of appeals decided on 12.11.2025 in the case of State of Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. Om Prakash Yadav & Anr. in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 842/2025 wherein the Court held as under:-

“1. It is brought to our knowledge that one of the appeals filed by the State against the same order in State of Rajasthan & Ors. vs Raj Kumari & Anr. D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.835/2025 was decided by this Court on 01.09.2025, wherein this Court held as under:-

"1.The challenge is to the order dated 30.05.225 passed by the learned Single Judge, which has been allowed in terms of the judgment passed in S.B. CWP No.19043/2012 titled as Moolchand Harijan Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. The issue was with regard to the validity of qualification awarded by the Rama College of Education, 224, Arya Nagar, Suraj Kund Road, Meerut (U.P.). The said Rama

College of Education has been found to be duly recognized by the NCTE and also by the concerned SCERT, Lucknow i.e. State Board. 2.We also noticed that the present appeal has been filed after time barred by 331 days. On an opinion of State Level Standing Committee dated 16.04.2025, no other reasons are coming forward for decision to be taken after almost one year on merits as well as on limitation. We, therefore, dismiss the appeal accordingly. 3.Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of."

Considering the issue being raised here is same and some appeals are being time barred by 331 days identically, we therefore, dismiss the present Special Appeals Writ on merits as well as on limitation, wherever it applies.

All pending application(s) stand disposed of.”

Keeping in view the above, the present appeal is also dismissed in terms of order dated 12.11.2025 passed in the case of Om Prakash Yadav (supra). The observations/direction therein shall apply mutatis mutandis in the present case.
