Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the learned Single Judge has taken into consideration that regularly selected employees of SMS Hospital have been engaged to run the mobile laboratories whereas factually the employees who have been appointed for mobile laboratories are on contract basis and the appellants who were earlier engaged on contract basis had a preferential right.

Appellant may file a review petition, if he so chooses.

Granting liberty to the appellant to file review petition, the appeal stands disposed of.
