Learned counsel for the appellant assails the order passed by learned Single Judge dated 23.01.2026, whereby the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition filed by the petitioner against the order of termination dated 26.09.2024 passed by the respondent-Managing Director, Ajmer Zila Dugdh Utpadan Sahakari Sangh Limited, Beawar Road, Ajmer from the post of Dairy Supervisor Grade - III at Ajmer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-appellant submits that the petitioner's experience for the period from 2017-2019 has not been counted and the learned Single Judge has fallen in error in treating his services for the purpose of counting experience from 06.03.2019 only. He submits that even in the proceedings undertaken by the respondents regarding the experience of the petitioner, it has come on record that the petitioner had worked from 25.04.2017 and thus he possessed the minimum working experience of three years till the date of registration for appointment on the post of the Dairy Supervisor Grade-III.
We have considered the submissions. We find that the petitioner had applied for the post of Dairy Supervisor Grade-III which requires under the Rules for possessing three years' experience apart from holding qualification of Secretary. The petitioner submitted various experience certificates and he was appointed. The inquiry was conducted on complaint filed relating to the experience certificate produced by the petitioner and in the inquiry, it has come on record that the petitioner had been actually appointed as Secretary w.e.f. 20.08.2019 by the Managing Committee of the Bhageja Dairy Co-operative Society. At the same time, petitioner's father was also appointed on 22.09.2019 as Secretary of the Co-operative Society. The experience certificate was issued by the concerned Babu Lal Yadav while the petitioner's father Kailash Chand Yadav was functioning as Chairman of the Co-operative Society.
In these circumstances, the Inquiry Officer has found the experience certificate to be dubious. The learned Single Judge has also reached to the conclusion that the experience certificate

claimed by petitioner for being Secretary at the Sirohi Dairy Cofrom 25.04.2017 also was found to be dubious as the back record did not co-relate the date from which the petitioner was stated to have started functioning as Secretary of the Sirohi Dairy Cooperative Society. Thus, the certificates were found to be false and fabricated and therefore, services have been terminated.
The learned Single Judge has detailed out in his judgment the experience which even if counted as per certificates to be correct would come to less than three years. In these circumstances, on all four corners, the case of the petitioner was not found to be made out.
We concur with the view taken by the learned Single Judge and do not have any reason to differ.
The special appeal is found to be without merits and the same is dismissed.
