Indisputably, she is major.
On interaction, she stated that she is not in illegal detention and wants to reside on her own.
Since, Ms. "M.A.S." is major, she is at liberty to go wherever she wants.
On that premise, this habeas corpus petition, which is filed by son of Ms. "M.A.S." alleging her to be in illegal custody, is dismissed with a direction to the police authorities to let Ms. "M.A.S." go wherever she desires. They are further directed to intimate the In-charge of Shakti Stambh, Janta Colony, Jaipur of this order today itself.
