On interaction, she submitted that she wants to go with the petitioner-her husband, present in Court.
Being major, she is at liberty to go wherever she wants.

(1) The police authorities are directed to let Ms. ‘PK’ go with the petitioner-present in Court and to ensure her safe return to the matrimonial home.
