The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash and set aside the orders dated 28.10.2024 and 24.01.2025, whereby she has been directed to vacate her residential accommodation and has further prayed to issue directions to the respondents for reimbursement the amount of Rs.43,969/- and Rs.562/- and the house rent deducted from her salary.

The matter was referred to the Mediation Centre for mediation vide order dated 05.03.2026.

The mediation was successful and the Mediation Report has also been forwarded, which is enclosed with this petition.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the petitioner has also given in written that she does not want to pursue this writ petition further.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties before the Mediator and so also the written application submitted by the petitioner for not pursuing the petition further, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Both the parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the compromise.

The stay application and pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
