At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner. It is submitted that vide order dated 21.01.2026, the petitioner has been deployed to SDH, Chidawa, Jhunjhunu, but under compelling circumstances, she is unable to join her duties at SDH, Chidawa, Jhunjhunu. It is submitted that petitioner is presently working at

PHC Bhainsali, Churu. Learned counsel contends that though petitioner has already submitted the representation but till date, no decision has been taken on her representation.

Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in the following

manner:-

(i) Petitioner is permitted to file a fresh comprehensive representation along with documents before respondents within a period of two weeks from today.

(ii) If any such representation is filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, respondents are directed to decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of its receipt along with certified copy of this order. It is also directed that concerned authority shall intimate the petitioner about the fate of her representation within a period of one week after the decision, through speed-post or email, if an e-mail address is provided by the petitioner in her representation.

(iii) If petitioner is aggrieved of the decision of her representation, she would be at liberty to approach this Court by filing a fresh petition.

(iv) This Court does not form any opinion on the merits of the case and it is directed that respondents shall decide the petitioner’s representation independently and strictly in accordance with law.
