Learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. V.D. Gathala, AGC, states that the representation/reply submitted by the petitioners has been duly considered and thereupon an order dated 08.01.2025 came to be passed.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing the matter at some length, upon instructions from his client, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to assail the impugned notice dated 03.12.2025 and subsequent order before the First Appellate Authority in view of Section 75 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956.
