This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 10.12.2025 passed by the learned Tribunal, whereby, the learned Tribunal directed the petitioners to allow the respondent to work at Alwar on a vacant post up to 31.03.2026.

Brief facts of the case are that the petitioners transferred the respondent vide order dated 13.11.2025 from Bundi to Mathura on account of the post being upgraded/surplus. The said order was challenged by the respondent before the learned Tribunal. The learned Tribunal, while interfering with the said order, directed the petitioners to allow the respondent to work at Alwar on a vacant

post till completion of the academic session, i.e., up to 31.03.2026.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.

Since the order passed by the learned Tribunal is with regard to allowing the respondent to work at Alwar on the post of TGT (Hindi) up to 31.03.2026, and the said period is going to be completed within 15 days, no further adjudication is required.

In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall relieve the respondent in compliance with the order dated 13.11.2025 after 31.03.2026. The order dated 10.12.2025 passed by the learned Tribunal stands modified accordingly. All the pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
