This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 19.01.2026 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur (hereinafter to be referred as ‘Tribunal’) whereby the learned Tribunal has dismissed the stay application filed on behalf of the petitioners.

We have considered the submissions made by counsel for the parties and perused the record including the order of the Tribunal.

Since the matter relates to promotion and it has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioners that the computer test has already been conducted, therefore, no case is made out for interference at this stage.

¶24

However, during pendency of the original application, if any promotion order is passed by the respondents, the same shall remain subject to the final outcome of Original Application No. 695/2025.

¶25

With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
