Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are attaining the age of 60 years. It is submitted that

an S.L.P. filed by the State has been dismissed and it has been held that there should not be any difference in the age of superannuation between allopathic and ayurvedic doctors and in this regard, the reliance is placed upon the dictum encapsulated in SBCWP No.15877/2025 titled Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. vide order dated 27.10.2025.

Learned AAG, Mr. Bhuvnesh Sharma, has marked his presence but he is not able to refute the aforesaid contentions. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the instant case, this Court deems it proper to allow the present petition in terms of the order dated 27.10.2025 passed in SBCWP No. 15877/2025 (supra) which is relied upon on similar facts.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
