At the outset, it is apprised to the Court that the present is second round of litigation.

Heard and considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the material available on record.

Upon doing the needful it is noted that the petitioner would fall under the definition of ‘government servant’, as prescribed under Section 2(c) of Rajasthan Civil Services (Service Matters Appellate Tribunals) Act 1976 (for short “Act of 1976”), and the lis

Considering the same, this Court is disposing of the present writ petition with the direction to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy before the learned RCSAT as the matter pertains to service matter. Withal, learned RCSAT is also directed to dispose of the matter, within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of the same.
