Learned counsel for the parties submits that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been considered and decided by this Court vide order dated 21.01.2026 in the matter of “Sunil Jangid & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.” in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.988/2026 along with other connected matters wherein the writ petition was dismissed.

In that view of the matter, this civil writ petition is dismissed in view of the order passed by this Court in the matter of Sunil Jangid (supra).
