1. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that while he is having a legal title over the land bearing khasra No.583, 586 and 587, the respondents have demolished the construction made by him thereupon, under the guise of the same being under the khasra No.585.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the absence of any specific demarcation being done, the construction made by the petitioner on his land has been illegally demolished and thus, the respondents deserve to be directed to carry out a proper demarcation and measurement of the land of the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is ordered that in case the petitioner files a

representation/appropriate application seeking measurement and demarcation of the land bearing khasra No.583, 586 and 587 situated at Village Raipur, Tehsil Weir, District Bharatpur, within ten days from today, the said representation/appropriate application be decided after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a speaking order, strictly in accordance with law. Also, necessary steps be taken on the basis of order so passed with respect to demarcation and measurement of the land of the petitioner.

4. The said exercise be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation/appropriate application.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. Accordingly, pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
