The present writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 13.10.2025 passed by learned Board of Revenue, Ajmer in Revision Petition No.9965/2025, whereby the effect and operation of order dated 24.09.2025 passed by learned Additional District Collector, Lalsot, District Dausa, was stayed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the revision petition against the interim stay order is not maintainable, therefore, learned Board of Revenue erred in staying the operation of the interim stay order dated 24.09.2025.

Learned counsel for the respondents has not seriously controverted this fact that the revision petition against the interim stay order is not maintainable. However, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the case of the petitioner is barred by res judicata .

Heard and considered the submissions made at bar and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the submissions of the parties, since the revision against the interim stay order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the Additional Collector Lalsot, Dausa, was not maintainable, therefore, learned Board of Revenue has committed jurisdictional error in staying the effect and operation of the interim stay order dated 24.09.2025.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 13.10.2025 passed by the learned Board of Revenue is set aside.

The parties are free to agitate their respective grounds before the learned Additional District Collector, Lalsot, Dausa.

Further looking to the controversy; learned Additional District Collector, Lalsot, Dausa is directed to decide the pending case as expeditiously as possible.
