We have perused the prayer of the writ petition as well as the material available on record and find that the matter relates to NIT dated 31.07.2017 which was issued for ‘Two years Rate Contract ending on 30.09.2019’, therefore, in our considered view, by efflux of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
