The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue direction to the respondent to include the name of the petitioner as wife in the death certificate of Rajesh Ahuja by considering the representation of the petitioner.

Considered the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner and the material placed on record including the order passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.1, Bharatpur in Criminal Misc. Case No.203/2024, the Court feels that ends of justice would meet if the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent also states that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation alongwith her all credentials, the respondent-authority would consider and pass the appropriate order on the representation at earliest.
