Instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner with following prayer:

"It is, therefore, humbly prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to call tor the entire record of the case and accept this writ petition by an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof:(i) Respondent be directed to give appointment to the petitioner on the post of Junior Engineers (Degree) Civil in pursuance to the advertisement No. 1/2012 dated 18.05.2012 with all consequential service benefit in the larger interest of justice.

(ii) Respondents may be directed not to take any prejudicial action against the petitioner on account of approaching this Hon'ble Court by filing this writ petition.

(iii) Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem It, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.

(iv) Cost of the writ petition be also awarded in favour of the petitioner."

Learned counsel for petitioner has filed an application no.1/2026 and submitted that the issue raised herein is already considered and settled by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 18144/2015 Teekam Chand Yadav Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and the writ petition be disposed of in light of ratio as laid down in case of Teekam Chand Yadav (supra).

Learned counsel for respondent(s) candidly admits that the ratio is applicable and the writ petition be disposed of accordingly.

Having considered aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of in light of judgment passed by this Court in case of Teekam Chand Yadav (supra).

Needless to say that if ratio is applicable upon facts of the case as claimed by the petitioner, then same benefits be extended. 6. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition with pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
