This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner

with the following prayer:

“It is therefore most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and further it is humbly prayed that: (i) by an appropriate order or direction, the Notice dated: 01-05-2023 (Final Answer Key) (Annexure: 05) be declared illegal, void and the same may kindly be set aside and quashed.

(ii) by an appropriate order or direction, the Notice dated: 01-05-2023 (Annexure: 06) be declared illegal, void and the same may kindly be set-aside and quashed. (iii) by an appropriate order or direction, the Notice dated: 11-06-2023 (Annexure: 08) be declared illegal, void and the same may kindly be set-aside and quashed.

(iv) by an appropriate order or direction, the Notice cum Corrigendum dated: 21-06-2023 (Annexure: 09) be declared illegal, void and

(v) by an appropriate order or direction, the respondent be directed to constitute a fresh expert committee to examine and consider the objections based on authentic proofs as submitted by the petitioner in respect to question no: 104 and 140 of Question Paper Booklet = C = Booklet Series in respect to recruitment to the post of Junior Judicial Assistant for Rajasthan High Court, Clerk Grade-II for Rajasthan State Judicial Academy & District Courts, Junior Assistant for Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority & District Legal Services Authorities (including Taluka Legal Services Committees & Permanent Lok Adalats), exam-2022.

(vi) by an appropriate order or direction, the respondent be directed that if the expert committee found the objections based on authentic proofs to be correct in respect to question no: 104 and 140 of Question Paper Booklet = C = Booklet Series in respect to recruitment to the post of Junior Judicial Assistant for Rajasthan High Court, Clerk Grade - II for Rajasthan State Judicial Academy & District Courts, Junior Assistant for Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority & District Legal Services Authorities (including Taluka Legal Services Committees & Permanent Lok Adalats). exam-2022, than the final answer key be revised accordingly and fresh revised result be published and subsequent appropriate process be done accordingly and further the eligible candidates be given appointment and if petitioner is found eligible than the petitioner be also considered for appointment. (vii) Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deems fit be passed in favor of the Petitioner.”

Admittedly, the recruitment in question relates to the year 2023 for the post of Junior Judicial Assistant for Rajasthan High Court, Clerk Grade—II for Rajasthan State Judicial Academy & District Courts, Junior Assistant for Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority & District Legal Services Authorities (including Taluka Legal Services Committees & Permanent Lok Adalats), exam-2022 and the petitioner the challenged the answer key.
