Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Investigating Officer has submitted the Final Report in a Negative form pertaining to FIR No.387/2023 registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, District Jaipur (East) and the petitioner has filed a protest petition against the said Final Report. He further submits that the petitioner had submitted a representation before the Investigating Officer on 30.04.2025, which was not taken on record by the Investigating Officer and the proposed accused had

issued a cheque of Rs.10,00,000/- in favour of the respondent, which was dishonoured, and proceedings in that regard have also been initiated.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that since the negative Final Report has already been submitted by the Investigating Officer and the petitioner has also preferred a protest petition against the same, the present miscellaneous petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.
In view of the submissions made, the present miscellaneous petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
