This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the accusedpetitioners with a prayer to quash and set aside the FIR No.46/2017 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana Baran, District Baran for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor as well as counsel for the complainant states that the Police after completion of investigation has already submitted final negative report and the same has been accepted by the concerned Magistrate.
In view of the fact brought to the notice of this Court by learned Public Prosecutor as well as counsel for the complainant that the Police after completion of investigation has already submitted final negative report in the matter which has already been accepted, no further cause of action survives with the present accused-petitioners.
Accordingly, the present criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Stay application as well as pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
