By way of filing the instant petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No. 618/2018, registered with Police Station Neemrana, District Alwar for the offences punishable under Sections 323,452, 427 & 379 IPC.

At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual report received from SHO, Police Station Neemrana, District Kotputli Behror, has apprised this Court that after investigation, Final Report (Negative) has been submitted and it has been concluded by the Investigating Agency that a false case has been filed. Counsel submits that the Final Report has already been submitted before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No. 2, Behror on 12.09.2022.
