State of Rajasthan and another), High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench, order dated 16.03.2026 of Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Shubha Mehta. The petition had sought quashing of FIR No. 39/2022 of Police Station Uchchhain, District Bharatpur, registered for offences under Sections 323, 341, 427, 336, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(R), 3(1)(S), 3(2)(VA) of the SC/ST Act.
