This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. (482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing FIR No. 256/2023 registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur City (East) for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 120-B IPC and Sections 3 and 6 of The Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1992.

At the very outset, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for the State has submitted a factual report dated 27.01.2026 furnished to him by SHO, Police Station Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur City (East) to the effect that the offence under Sections

419, 420, 120-B IPC and Sections 3/6 of The Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1992 is found to have been made out against the accused petitioner. The factual report dated 27.01.2026 is taken on record.
