By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No.3/2022 registered with the Police Station Clock Tower, Ajmer for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) IPC.

At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after thorough investigation, the police has submitted the Final Report (Negative) in the aforesaid FIR on 11.03.2022 and the same has also been submitted before the concerned Court on 13.04.2022, hence under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous.

Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application and all application (pending, if any) also stand dismissed.
