accused Vikas, who was driving the pickup vehicle. She again submits that co-accused Vikas has been enlarged on bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.05.2026. Other co-accused Hetram, Dasham, Mister and Mukesh also got benefit of bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.02.2026. She argues that co-accused namely Mukesh, Lakhan, Mangal and Dharma also enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.01.2026. Petitioner is behind the bars since 25.03.2026 without any criminal past. Charge-sheet has already been filed. The statements of material witnesses from PW-1 to PW-3 have already been recorded. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner and on the ground of parity with other co-accused, the bail application deserves to be allowed.
