After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court.
Permission, as sought for, is granted.
This bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the concerned trial court and files a fresh bail application, it is expected from the concerned court to decide the bail application of the petitioner, as far as possible, on the same day, in accordance with law.
