1 . This anticipatory bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 2/2026 registered at Police Station Amarsar, District Jaipur Rural for the offence(s) under Sections 189(2), 115(2) & 126(2) of BNS.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the injuries sustained by the victim or the complainant is attributed to other co-accused Shravan, Shankar, Ramjilal, Ramchandra and Omprakash. He further submits that there are no criminal antecedents against the petitioner; conclusion of trial may take a long time, therefore, prays that the petitioner may be granted the benefit of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS.

Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by accused-petitioner hereinabove.

Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioner ; trial is likely to take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems just and proper to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the accused-petitioner.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of Lalita W/o Ramchandra, she shall be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station in FIR No. 02/2026 on the following conditions:-

(i) that the petitioner shall make herself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade her from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
