Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner, after having argued the matter at some length, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned Court below. In pursuance of the interim relief granted by this Court, counsel for the petitioner submits that protection may be granted from arrest for a period of two weeks from today.

Permission, as sought for, is granted.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court on or before 04.03.2026 and move regular bail application. The concerned Court shall make an endeavour to hear and decide the same on the very same day strictly in accordance with law.

Till appearance before the learned trial Court within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection

with FIR No.269/2024 registered at Police Station Khandela, District Sikar. In case, the petitioner fails to appear before the learned trial Court on or before the given date, this order will lose its efficacy.
