This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No.532/2025 registered at Police Station Kotputali, District Kotputali Behror for the offences punishable u/S 111(3) & 111(4) of BNS and Section 9/25 & 25(6) of the Arms Act.

Heard and considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the case diary.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the accused petitioner that the accused petitioner has been implicated in this case based on false and fabricated facts. It is also submitted that the accused petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2025 and he is no more required for any kind of interrogation and recovery. Counsel

has also submitted that the accused petitioner is a young boy of 20 years and if he is not released on bail, his whole future will be ruined.

Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail application.

Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case so also the allegations against him and the fact that he is in custody since 09.11.2025, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided that he furnishes personal bonds in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) each, together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)(each) to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
