Considered the submissions made by counsel for the accused-petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion whereas there is no evidence so as to substantiate the allegations against the present accusedpetitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the accused-petitioners are in judicial custody since 17.12.2025 and Police after completion of the investigation, has submitted charge-sheet in the matter. She also submits that trial of the case is likely to take considerable time to conclude, therefore, they may be enlarged on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application and submits that the allegation against the accused-petitioner Ajeet is of appearing as dummy candidate in place of other candidate Sunil in the examination of D.EL.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education).

Taking into consideration overall facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations made against the accused-petitioners and so also the fact that Police after completion of investigation has submitted charge-sheet in the matter and accused-petitioners are in custody 17.12.2025, this

Court without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners named above shall be enlarged on bail provided, they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- together with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
