The petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.197/2026 registered at Police Station Udhyog Nagar(Sikar), District Sikar for offence under Sections 189(2), 331(6), 115(2), 126(2), 109(1) and 307 BNS-2023.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the allegation of causing life-threatening injuries to the injuredKanak Soni, have been attributed to the co-accused Laxmikant and none of the injuries have been attributed to the present petitioner. The role of the petitioner is limited to the extent that he was sitting in the vehicle which was being driven by the co-

accused Laxmikant. Petitioner is behind bars since 30.07.2026 without any criminal past. He contends that co-accused Vinay @ Nikki has got benefit of bail by this Court on 05.08.2026. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody and on the ground of parity with co-accused, the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner.

Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Narendra Kumar S/o Rakshpal, be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
