The petitioners have preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No. 0103/2026 registered at Police Station Mothpur District Baran, for offences under Section Sections 115(2), 126(2), 110 and 189(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that no specific allegations have been levelled against the petitioners. It is argued that injury inflicted to the injured namely Biharilal, Balram and Ratanlal are simple in nature. Petitioners are behind the bars since 01.08.2026. Though two cases have been reported against petitioner Dharam Singh, however in both these cases he is bailed out. The investigation/trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, the bail application of the petitioners may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made on behalf of petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 6. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Madan Lal S/o Gaurilal, Bhawani Singh S/o Gaurilal, Shambhu Singh S/o Amar Singh and Dharam Singh S/o Peeru , be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
