Sahukar, has already been enlarged on bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.12.2022, whereas the coaccused, Jamshed @ Jammi, has also been enlarged on bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.05.2021. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 03.06.2026 and the charge-sheet has already been filed. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody, consequently, the bail application deserves to be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.
