These anticipatory bail applications have been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 on behalf of accused-petitioners in connection with FIR No.342/2025 registered at Police Station Bansur, District Kotputli-Behror for the offences under Sections 189(2), 126(2), 109(1) and 324(4) of BNS, 2023.

Learned counsels appearing for the accused-petitioners submit that this is a case of no injury, wherein through there are allegations against the accused-petitioners of giving beating to the complainant party however, no medical reports are available on record.

Learned counsels also submit that one of the co-accused, namely, Sanju @ Sandeep Singh Shekhawat has already been extended the benefit of anticipatory bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail applications.

Considered the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the case diary and more particularly the description as regards CCTV footage of the alleged incident.

The description of the CCTV footage clearly speaks about the act and involvement of the accused-petitioners in commission of offence wherein, they have tried to crush the members of the complainant party by overriding Thar Jeep after hitting the motorcycle. The description of the CCTV footage also shows that the accused named KD @ Kuldeep, Sunil and Kailash Saini have also found involved in the alleged incident.

Taking into consideration overall facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly the description of the CCTV footage of the alleged incident, wherein the Court finds active involvement of the accused-petitioners in the alleged offence, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the accusedpetitioners.

Accordingly, these anticipatory bail applications are dismissed.
