Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the criminal miscellaneous bail application at this stage with liberty to surrender before the learned Trial Court. He further prayed that the learned Trial Court be directed to decide application of the petitioner on the same day.

Request as made by learned counsel for the petitioner is found to be genuine. Considering the nature of allegations, this Court permits withdrawal of the bail application.

Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is expected that the learned Trial Court will decide the bail application of the petitioner expeditiously preferably on the same day, in case the petitioner surrenders.
