Petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. arising out of F.I.R. No.70/2025 registered with the Police Station, Banipark, Jaipur (West) for offence under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61(2) of BNS, 2023.

On 02.12.2025 when the case was listed before this Court, it was submitted that both the parties have entered into compromise.

Considering this fact, the Court had directed the learned Public Prosecutor to get the verification report from the Investigating Officer as regards the compromise in between the parties.

Learned Public Prosecutor states that the complainant has given in writing to the Investigating Officer that he does not want

any further action in this case.

Taking into consideration the allegation against the accusedpetitioner and so also the fact of compromise as has been verified by the Investigating Officer as is evident from the factual report available with the Public Prosecutor, this Court deems just and proper to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the accusedpetitioner.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Authority, Police Station Banipark, Jaipur (West) in F.I.R. No. 70/2025 is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to his satisfaction on the following conditions:-

(I). that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii). that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or any police officer, and

(iii). that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court.
