Apprehending their arrest in connection with FIR No.777/2025 registered at Police Station Kanota, District Jaipur City (East) for the offences under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2) and 333 of BNS the accused-petitioners have preferred the anticipatory bail application under Section 482 BNSS.

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further contended that the dispute between the petitioners and the complainant party with regard to a right of way. The injured sustained only a single injury on her palm. There are no criminal

antecedents against the petitioners. The petitioners are ready and willing to cooperate with the investigation, therefore, anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioners may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the bail application.

Heard and perused the material available on record.

Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners and after going through the impugned order dated 24.12.2025, this Court find that the injury sustained to injured was on her palm and the same was not opined to be grievous in nature, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to allow the anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioners.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioners namely: 1. Govind Narayan Sharma S/o Birdichand Sharma 2. Pintu Sharma S/o Shri Babulal Sharma and 3. Mahesh Kumar Sharma S/o Shri Babulal Sharma, in connection with FIR No.777/2025 registered at Police Station Kanota, District Jaipur City (East), they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:-

(i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or

indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
