Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the criminal miscellaneous bail application with liberty to surrender before the learned Trial Court. He further prayed that the learned Trial Court be directed to decide bail application of the petitioner on the same day.

Considering the nature of allegations, this Court permits withdrawal of the bail application.

Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is expected that the learned Trial Court will decide bail application of the petitioner expeditiously preferably on the same day, in case the petitioner surrenders.
