Petitioner/accused Hemant Kumar s/o Laxminarayan (aged about 27), of Balahedi, District Dausa, confined in District Jail Dausa since 09-09-2025, sought bail in FIR No. 81/2025 registered at a police station in District Dausa, wherein he is charged under Sections 3/25 and 5/25 of the Arms Act. His first bail application dated 18-12-2025 had been rejected/taken back with liberty to apply afresh after presentation of the charge-sheet; the charge-sheet has since been filed.
