Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present leave to appeal with liberty to the appellant to approach the concerned Court.
Permission, as sought for, is granted.
The present leave to appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
However, it is made clear that the period taken in present leave to appeal (from filing of leave to appeal to the date of this order) shall be excluded in computing the period of limitation for availing the appropriate remedy as per law by the appellant before the concerned Court.
