The appellant has applied for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.26/2025, registered at Police Station Shyam Nagar, Jaipur City (South) for offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 333, 125, 74 and 303(2) of BNS read with Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act.

It is contended by learned counsel for the appellant that the accused-appellant has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also contended that the appellant is ready and willing to cooperate with the investigation and the FIR against the appellant was also lodged by the complainant and the other co-accused. It

is further contended that the appellant is a lady, therefore, her anticipatory bail may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant have vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report, the same is taken on record.

Upon perusal of the factual report and case diary. The appellant along with other co-accused after abusing the complainant threw stones on him and the entire incident was captured in the CCTV footage and apart from that entire two other cases are also registered against the appellant, therefore, considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to allow the anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is hereby dismissed.
